1.0.          Membership

Membership of the SBCC QA/QI sub-committee will be elected by and drawn from the HP-TWG. The SBCC QA/QI membership will be composed of 10 member organizations. The HP-TWG will replace up to 50 percent of the SBCC QA/QI sub-committee members with new ones from the HP-TWG annually on rotational basis to provide a chance for other organizations to participate in the SBCC QA/QI sub-committee. Replacement of member organizations will take into consideration the activeness of each member organization in both the HP-TWG and the SBCC QA/QI sub-committee.
